Why we process your data

Retention period personal data

1. Sending the newsletter and e-mailing:

Retention period: as long as necessary. You can unsubscribe yourself from the newsletter or e-mailing at any time by clicking on ‘unsubscribe’. You can also send an email to info@whsports.nl. Your data will be deleted immediately after unsubscription. 2. Performing the agreement:

Retention period: 7 years. With every registration we carry out checks to combat labour displacement. For these checks it is necessary to keep these data even after the agreement. In addition, there is the statutory obligation of 7 years from the Tax Authorities. 3. Answering quotation requests:

Retention period: 3 years. With every outgoing quotation we keep simple personal data such as the applicant's name, email address and telephone number. This enables us to let the handling proceed more quickly in the future.

Sharing personal data

We only provide your data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. Should we provide your data to third parties for other reasons, then we are obliged to first ask your permission. We conclude a processing agreement with organisations that process your data to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain ultimately responsible for this processing.

These parties manage the data on a secure server. All data are stored here encrypted. This means that the data are not directly visible.
