Delivery & planning
Aligned with your project planning
A sports or play project often involves several activities that need to fit together well. Product delivery is an important part of that. That is why we look at your desired schedule, the available delivery time and any work on site in advance. This gives you clarity from the start about what can be delivered and when.
Delivery time differs per product
Delivery time depends on the chosen product, the version, quantities and any custom work. Products that are specially produced or adapted may have a different delivery time than standard versions.
That is why we state as clearly as possible in the quote which delivery time you can expect. This way, you can include it in your project planning from the start.
Planning for larger projects
For larger sports and play projects, a single delivery is not always practical. Products may be part of different phases in the construction or renovation of a location.
In that case, we look at the order of the work and match the deliveries to it. This way, products are available at the right moment and materials do not sit on site for longer than necessary before they are installed.
Transport and delivery on site
Not every product needs the same type of transport. Dimensions, weight, quantities and access to the location all play a role. That is why we agree in advance where the products should be delivered and which site conditions we need to take into account.
For larger products or project deliveries, we may need extra information about access or unloading options. By taking this into account in advance, we can prepare the delivery as well as possible.
Delivery and installation aligned
When installation is part of the project, we plan delivery and installation together as much as possible. After all, products need to be available when the work can start.
We agree clearly in advance which work is part of the order and what needs to be ready on site before installation can take place.
Custom work needs good coordination
Many products in our range are available in different sizes, colours and versions. We also regularly put together specific solutions for projects.
With custom work, production and technical preparation play a bigger role in the planning. That is why we check specifications in advance and agree on the expected delivery time before production starts.
Changes to the planning
A project schedule can change during execution. If this affects a planned delivery or installation, it is important to discuss it as early as possible. Together, we then look at the options for adjusting the planning.
This keeps it clear what is feasible, so delivery, work on site and any installation stay aligned as well as possible.
