Digital management sports
In collaboration with Data Control, we offer a maintenance and management plan for sports and facility materials. Via the Demonstrable Management System (ABS), all planned maintenance actions, documents (such as certificates), visual inspections and repairs can be kept up to date. We are the first in the Netherlands to make it possible to manage sports and facility materials for (outdoor) sports accommodations via a management system. In doing so, we also help to increase safety at the sports accommodations. Through regular visual inspections (of, for example, football goals, hockey goals or dugouts), any defects can be identified in time and passed on. It is also possible to schedule maintenance so that sports and facility materials are always in optimal condition. With ABS, all sports and facility materials and locations are identified by means of a code, a transponder (chip) or GPS-measured x and y coordinates. The sports and facility materials are recorded in ABSweb, after which current maintenance or management data can be consulted and adjusted directly in the field. The user is guided through the required actions via ABSweb or the ABSapp (for smartphones) with a simple step-by-step plan. By means of your own unique code, you have access to all relevant data in ABS and valuable overviews can then be generated that can serve as a basis for budgets, management or policy plans relating to the sports accommodation. In addition, ABS offers the possibility, in addition to reports, to also generate work orders for suppliers, contractors, etcetera. The relevant data are entered outdoors and are immediately available via the internet in the office.
