More about slagplank for hockey
Protect the fencing of the hockey field from hard balls with a strong slagplank along the edge of the field. The plank is made from recycled plastic and combines a long service life with sound-reducing properties.
A good field fencing is essential around a hockey field. Fencing and advertising boardings ensure that balls stay within the premises, but during matches and training they are regularly subjected to hard balls. A slagplank along the lower edge of the fencing helps limit damage to fencing and boarding.
The plastic plank functions as a hockey board and forms an additional protective layer around the field.
Within GreenMatter, fibers from worn-out artificial turf fields are processed into new site furnishings materials. The edge boards are among the products developed from this circular idea and have been further improved over the years.
The GreenMatter edge boards are available in various versions and can be used as a slagplank around hockey fields.
GreenMatter products are recyclable again at the end of their life cycle. For processing, a social work facility is also used. Delivery includes a warranty statement for the raw materials and a REACH statement.
In addition to protecting the field fencing, a GreenMatter edge board can help limit the spread of infill and microplastics around artificial turf fields. At the same time, material from decommissioned artificial turf fields receives a new application.
