GreenMatter edge boards in the Municipality of Leiden

This project involved a total of 3,303 metres of edge boards made from recycled artificial turf, designed to keep the infill and microplastics on the pitch as much as possible. Together with the Municipality of Leiden and our regular installation partner SIP, a detailed work plan was drawn up in advance to install the GreenMatter edge boards in phases along the 10 artificial turf pitches.

The Municipality of Leiden chose the GreenMatter ‘SMALL’ edge board measuring W 3 x H 15 x L 300 cm. Brush mats were also supplied and installed at the entrances around the pitches.
