New protective cage for AV'47

Commissioned by the municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn, a new protective cage for discus and hammer throwing was installed at the facility of athletics club AV'47. The cage is 7 to 10 metres high, has an IAAF certificate and therefore meets the current requirements of the IAAF and the Atletiekunie.

In cooperation with Nootenboom Sport B.V., the old cage was removed and the new cage was installed in ground sockets with concrete foundations. In the video below you can watch the timelapse of the installation.
