Sports campus set up at Utrecht University

Utrecht University has updated its sports facilities on campus. A lot of time and attention are devoted to sports, and it is a binding factor at the university. Many activities are organised in which you can participate, but the facilities can also be used independently.

Sports facility materials

With new basketball hoops, volleyball poles and movable tennis poles, students can play their favourite sport again. The steel basketball hoops and volleyball poles have been placed on stone courts, specially made for these sports.

The movable tennis poles are perfect for the adjacent stone court, as this is a multifunctional sports field. The different court markings on the field make it possible to play multiple sports. If students want to play tennis, the tennis poles can be easily positioned in the right place using the base with transport wheels.
