Partly because of work (at the radio), Ti lost sight of his big passion a few years ago. Due to a lack of movement, he just put on weight. Until the moment his weighing scale hit 130 kilograms. Then the measure was full. It was Vince Carter who inspired him to get moving again. On a worn-out little field, he drew up his own basketball court. Not long after, he wrote a letter to the municipality requesting that permanent lines be added. As a counterperformance, he would hang neatly in the baskets.
That way, a seed was planted, because.. what if he could bring multiple individuals together? A Twitter account and an advertisement at the local supermarket ensured that multiple people actually came to show up.
From the growing group of basketball players, it naturally arose the desire to renovate the old basketball court. After some fieldwork, Ti quickly came across the fields of 3X3 UNITES.

The modular sports floor Ultimate is a strong modular sports floor for multifunctional use under various weather conditions. The sports floor consists of UV-stabilized polypropylene tiles measuring 37.5 cm by 37.5 cm. The tiles are available in various colors and are recyclable at the end of their service life. The sports floor tile is suitable for practicing various sports and is intended for multifunctional use. The tile is certified according to EN14877 and meets all requirements of the important European standard for outdoor sports floors. The Ultimate tile is also certified by FIBA for 3×3 basketball.

The name of 3x3 basketball already reveals a lot. This urban variant is played with three players per team. Whereas basketball is normally played with 5 players per team. When setting up a 3x3 basketball court, we recommend using a modular sports floor. A good surface has performance-enhancing properties, making the game run more smoothly. In addition, one basket per court is needed. Of course, it is possible to equip the 3x3 basketball court with extras such as outdoor furniture and/or a SportBox XS, where a basketball can be stored.
We are happy to think along with you about how to fill in a 3x3 basketball court. Using a floor plan, we ensure that the courts are drawn up in the correct proportions and with the desired colors, lines and (advertising) displays. If desired, we can also include the basket(s) in this. Once everything is to your liking, we deliver the materials. It is possible to have the assembly carried out by our installation partner. Dimensions and markings
An official 3×3 basketball court measures 15 x 11 meters and includes all the necessary markings for play, including the three-point line, the free-throw line, and the so-called no-charge zone under the basket.
We apply the markings in a durable way according to the official FIBA specifications, so the court can be used intensively for a long time without loss of visibility or sports-technical quality. Our sports surfaces are available in a range of colors and can be fully personalized with school, club, or sponsor colors and logos.
