A great stand radiates quality
Vandal-resistant, recyclable and colourfast: why clubs like Feyenoord and ADO Den Haag choose our stadium seats.
Seating is an important part of fitting out a stadium or sports facility. Stadium seats and business seats must be comfortable and of high quality, whether they are in a stand, a dressing room or a dugout. A great stand in club colours radiates quality. Why do clubs like Feyenoord, ADO Den Haag, Heerenveen, VV Katwijk and AFC choose our seats? Read on.
What sets our stadium seats apart?
We offer a diverse range of seats. Besides appearance and comfort, many tests are carried out to guarantee our high quality standards.
Seats from our supplier Daplast undergo extreme testing in a laboratory. These tests are tougher than current regulations require, so we know for sure the seats are truly vandal-resistant. Based on these tests, independent laboratories have certified our seats as vandal-resistant.
Sustainability is also in our DNA, and together with our manufacturers we always look for sustainable solutions. Our stadium seats are 100% recyclable at the end of their life, for example into plastic crates. For larger projects, we can produce 50% of the seats' total weight from recycled raw materials.
Choose high-quality, colourfast stadium seats
Our seats have a long service life and are colourfast, so they keep their appearance. Sunlight inevitably makes the original colour fade over time. By using anti-UV additives, which act as a shield against the sun and slow down degradation, we keep this process to a minimum. Seats without anti-UV additives can lose their original colour within a few months.
We sometimes see clubs trying to restore the colour with heat from a gas burner, with chemicals or simply by painting the seats. This is unwise for plastic in general and for the seat itself: the material deteriorates further, sharply reducing its resistance to sunlight. So don't do it, and choose a quality, colourfast seat from the start.
