Knowledge morning at the SmartGoals Urban SkillCourt in Rotterdam a great success
After the opening of the first SmartGoals Urban SkillCourt in Rotterdam, we hosted municipalities and partners for a knowledge morning.
The first SmartGoals Urban SkillCourt in Rotterdam was recently officially opened. A great moment to introduce our stakeholders to the court.
On Friday 17 September, with coffee from a professional barista, the first knowledge morning took place on the court. The aim: let interested parties experience the court for themselves and show the positive impact it has on its surroundings.
Knowledge morning programme
Municipalities, suppliers and even contacts from abroad came to see the court and its technology and try it out themselves. During the presentations, students from Albeda College gave several demos. These future sports instructors showed that the court can be used for exercises in any sport. We also demonstrated how scores and times appear in the app.
Together with our partner SmartGoals, we focused on how SmartGoals can be integrated into other exercise concepts, and on the options for set-ups, shapes and exercises. The courts come in different sizes and configurations: a basic configuration or a custom design. A SkillCourt can consist of one or more training zones, each with its own theme: performance, technique, strength, fun/gaming and a running or sprint track.
