Now also recycled artificial turf in modular floors

Using recycled artificial turf in more and more products is the mission of our GreenMatter initiative. GreenMatter started reducing the artificial turf waste mountain by developing its own products from recycled turf. Today, several companies also work with GreenMatter to process recycled turf into their existing products. Bergo Flooring, a manufacturer of modular sports floors, is one of them.

From a worn pitch to a new modular sports floor

Together with GreenMatter, Bergo developed a modular sports floor, normally made of fully recyclable plastic, containing no less than 50 percent recycled raw materials from worn artificial turf pitches. Playing sport on a new floor made from worn turf. GreenMatter is constantly looking for new applications, both inside and outside the sports sector.

The GreenMatter modular tile is available in the artificial turf colour (dark green), in the GreenMatter Ultimate and GreenMatter Ultimate Plus versions, and can have line markings and logos. The GreenMatter tile can also be combined with plastic modular tiles, allowing a choice of colours.

Benefits

The GreenMatter modular sports floor is suitable for temporary or permanent use, indoors and outdoors. It is ideal as a multifunctional sports floor in public spaces, at schools, holiday parks or sports clubs. The floor is also:
