New maintenance module in the Aantoonbaar Beheer Systeem

Together with Data Control (a sister company of Speelplan), we have been working for some time on managing sports equipment digitally through the Aantoonbaar Beheer Systeem (ABS, demonstrable management system). We are the first in the Netherlands to do this.

How convenient is it when all sports equipment can be managed through a digital management system? You no longer face surprises such as repairs or replacements with unexpectedly high costs. With the ABS, you keep all planned maintenance, documents, visual inspections and repairs structured and up to date. GPS identification shows where objects are located. You can also fit all (movable) sports equipment with a QR code, so you can see where an item is at any time.

The equipment is entered into ABSweb, after which current maintenance or management data can be viewed and updated directly in the field. Using ABSweb or the ABSapp (for smartphones), the user follows a simple step-by-step plan. With your own unique code you can access all relevant data and generate overviews that serve as the basis for budgets and management or policy plans for the sports facility. Besides reports, the ABS can also create work orders for suppliers, contractors and others. Data is entered outdoors and is immediately available at the office via the internet. The system also improves safety at sports facilities: regular visual checks help spot defects in time.

New: maintenance module

Several municipalities already using the ABS were missing a maintenance module. It has now been added, so you can also monitor the management and maintenance of sports pitches. After maintenance has been carried out, you simply log it in the system, giving you a constant overview of completed and planned work. This keeps sports equipment in optimal condition.
